Guided Mindfulness Hikes

  • These guided hikes infuse elements of nature-based therapy, somatic practices, and mindfulness to empower you to connect with the land, yourself, and others.

    Some ways you’ll find support and connection include:

    • Mindfulness strategies & meditation

    • Breathing exercises

    • Individual reflection

    • Group discussion

Full Moon Gatherings

  • Join us for evenings filled with connection, meditation, movement, and reflection centered around the energy of each Full Moon. Activities will vary, but participants can expect a combination of individual reflection, community discussion, movement, such as yoga or dance, and a community activity. Tarot readings will also be offered both before and after the event.
