2026 Group Therapy Options

These hikes are meant for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, and/or anger and looking for a place to connect with themselves and with others. The groups will offer a mix of mindfulness-based practices, nature-based interventions, individual reflection, and group processing. The hikes will be relatively easy to moderate (1mi - 4mi). These groups will also include a combination of self-reflection, group processing, and experiential exercises. 

Guided Therapeutic Hikes

  • First Saturday of each month starting in April to September from 10:00am-12:00pm (6 sessions)

  • $60 per session

    Medicaid, Aetna, United, Cigna, and Anthem/BCBS accepted

    Sliding Scale options available

  • Denver area. Specific location will be given to confirmed clients.

This group will focus on how you can show up more authentically in your relationships and in the world. The group will explore barriers to being authentically yourself, including personal, social, and systemic barriers. Topics of fear, vulnerability, shame, and trust will be discussed. This group is a combination of psychoeducation, group processing, experiential exercises, and skill building. 

“Inside Out”

  • Every other week on Thursday, starting April 2nd, 2026 from 7:00pm-8:30pm

  • $60 per session

Do you often feel like an outsider, or that you don’t belong? Do you resonate with being the “black sheep” or the “lone wolf”? This group is for individuals who want to connect with others who also feel different. In this group, you’ll be given the space to explore and process your experiences and develop strategies to make connections and navigate a world that tends to reject those who are different. This group is a combination of psychoeducation, group processing, experiential exercises, and skill building. 

The Wild Kind

  • Every other week on Thursday, starting April 9th, 2026, from 7:00pm-8:30pm

  • $60 per session
